Air Mesh products can be hand washed with a mild detergent and cold water. Make sure to reshape while wet and lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Hardware should be handled delicately. Air Mesh products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur.
Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior.
When you’re not using your bag, store it in the dust bag and keep away from direct sunlight or heat.

Due to the nature of neoprene, creasing and pilling may occur and is easily remedied. To avoid creasing, neoprene products should not be stored flat or under heavy compression. Creases can be easily removed by running a fabric steamer in downward strokes along the fabric. Pilling can be removed using a fabric shaver. Lightly press and move in a circular motion against the fabric to remove any fuzz balls and pills.

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at support@dagnedover.com.
All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, not at the time of shipment or delivery.
