Where are your products made?
Our products are made by craftsmen in Vietnam and China, at factories that we’ve spent considerable time getting to know and love. Quality is of utmost importance to us, which is why we have chosen to work with factories and suppliers that work with many other designer brands.
How do I clean my Dagne Dover products?
All coated canvas products can be cleaned by simply using a wet cloth (no chemicals, solvents, etc). Water-based ink can be removed using a wet cloth. For leather products, we recommend pre-treating them to prevent damage and signs of wear, and a leather cleaner can be used as needed.
Where can I see Dagne Dover products in person?
Our bags currently aren't available at any in-person locations. From time to time, we like to pop up for a day or two of shopping. Check out our Events Page to see where we are headed next!
Are your products water-resistant?
Our coated canvas products are water-resistant and super easy to clean. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain or water with our leather products.
Are there any substances that will easily damage my Dagne Dover products?
Solvents such as alcohol, acetone and oil could harm the exterior of the bag.

How do I cancel/edit an order?
While we wish we could, we're unable to edit orders once they are placed. Since we want you to love your Dagne, we do offer free returns, just in case!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact support@dagnedover.com with any questions.
What is your exchange policy?
Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the bag you’d like and returning your current order for a refund. To initiate a return, please log into your account to request a return label. If you haven't set up an account, you can click here to fill out the return request. You should receive your return shipping label within 24 hours.

When will I receive my order?
By default, orders will arrive within 7-10 business days via FedEx Ground, unless otherwise stated on a product page or at checkout.
Does Dagne Dover ship to AK, HI or PR?
We do, via FedEx.
Does Dagne Dover ship internationally?
We have partnered with a third party to be able to ship to our international customers.

After entering your shipping address at checkout, please click “International Checkout”. You will be redirected to our international checkout page where you will be able to select your shipping method and complete your order.

Your order will first be sent to our partner’s distribution center and then to you. This step is already included in the shipping timeline provided.

Please note that we do not offer free shipping or free returns on international orders.

What is your return policy?
We offer free returns for domestic orders on unused products within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know.

To initiate a return, please log into your account to request a return label. If you haven't set up an account, you can click here to fill out the return request. You should receive your return shipping label within 24 hours.

For international orders, please send an email to support@dagnedover.com and include the name of the customer who placed the order and the 10-digit order number from your confirmation email.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping for international orders, nor do we issue refunds for initial shipping costs or duties and taxes.
General returns disclaimer:
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
Gift cards | Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
