Policy Return:

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment. During the holiday season, orders placed between November 23, 2025, and December 24, 2025, are eligible for return until January 15, 2026, or 30 days from shipment—whichever is later. Orders placed outside of this period follow our standard 30-day return policy.

However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns have a $15 handling fee. If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please ship each return separately. Final sale items aren’t eligible for return or exchange.

Durable. Dependable. Strong. You get it — 900D material is one tough cookie. But it’s got a soft spot for Mother Earth and is mindfully made with recycled plastic water bottles. It’s lightweight, light on the planet, and pretty low key.

When Monaco is in duffle mode, it's 21” L x 10” W x 13” H. When fully opened as a garment bag, it flexes to 21.5” L x 1.75" W x 41” H.

Monaco's unique 2-in-1 hybrid design makes it super special. It keeps multiple fits wrinkle-free in a garment bag that zips up, while holding all of your travel essentials in a duffle that shapes up just in a few snaps and zips. It's one of our most versatile designs and is built to keep up with whatever life brings, which won't be hotel irons.

We recommend spot cleaning 900D products with a mild detergent and cold water, using a clean white cloth or sponge. Hardware and other trims should be handled delicately. 900D products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur. That’s only because it likes a little one-on-one time with you.

Reshape the bag while damp and lay it flat to dry in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which can harm the bag exterior.

When you’re not using your bag, store it away from direct sunlight or heat.
