Coated canvas products can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap. For the leather handles, we recommend using your favorite leather cleaner and a dry, soft cloth to buff out any marks or scuffs. Be sure to test the cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to ensure discoloration does not occur.
Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.

Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
