However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

It’s also shock absorbent and cushioned, so your belongings will stay safe and you’ll stay comfortable.

          Not to brag, but Wade's the original neoprene diaper tote. It features a clean silhouette, cushioned feel, and has so many pockets, it almost does the organizing for you. It's designed for parents on the move, but is loved by all.

          To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

          Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

          Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.
