Policy Return:

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, not at the time of shipment or delivery.

Neoprene is the flexible, high-performance, water-resistant material that you’ll find in our iconic 365 Collection. It's tiny but mighty! While this cute little keychain is super compact, it's also functional and offers extra storage on the daily. Clip it to your keys, other Dagnes, or yourself and go.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.
