Policy Return:

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, not at the time of shipment or delivery.

When fully opened in garment bag mode, Capri is 22.5” L x 1” W x 67” H.

We recommend spot cleaning 900D products with a mild detergent and cold water, using a clean white cloth or sponge. Hardware and other trims should be handled delicately. 900D products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur. That’s only because it likes a little one-on-one time with you.

Reshape the bag while damp and lay it flat to dry in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which can harm the bag exterior.

When you’re not using your bag, store it away from direct sunlight or heat.
