We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, not at the time of shipment or delivery.

It’s built to keep up and is easy to clean, making it the perfect scuba-like material for being on the move. With a smooth, luxe feel, it has a sporty yet chic vibe. Not to brag, but Indi's the original neoprene baby backpack. It features a clean silhouette, cushioned feel, and has so many pockets, it almost does the organizing for you.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.
