We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns have a $15 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Durable. Dependable. Strong. You get it — 900D material is one tough cookie. But it’s got a soft spot for Mother Earth and is mindfully made with recycled plastic water bottles. It’s lightweight, light on the planet, and pretty low key.

The Brooklyn has a really wide top flap opening, so it's extra easy to pack or grab essentials on the go. Its drawstring closure makes reaching in even more effortless—plus, it's got secure space for two laptops, so you'll always be ready for work and play, too.

We recommend spot cleaning 900D products with a mild detergent and cold water, using a clean white cloth or sponge. Hardware and other trims should be handled delicately. 900D products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur. That’s only because it likes a little one-on-one time with you.

Reshape the bag while damp and lay it flat to dry in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which can harm the bag exterior.

When you’re not using your bag, store it away from direct sunlight or heat.
