Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. *We understand that as a result of COVID-19, returning a product might not be as easy as it usually is, so we're extending our return window to 90 days. If you have any issues with your return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.* Returned items must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original packaging included. To initiate a return, please log into your account to request a return label. If you haven't set up an account, you can click here to fill out the return request. You should receive your return shipping label within 24 hours.
Please note that returns take up to 10 business days to be processed once received by our returns center.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items.
For leather products, we recommend pre-treating them to prevent damage and signs of wear. A leather cleaner can be used as needed, but be sure to test the cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to ensure discoloration does not occur.
Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
