For this event (the “Event”), only domesticated, socialized dogs and cats are permitted to attend. Pets may not exceed 30 inches in height at the shoulder or weigh more than 50 pounds. All pets must be either in a carrier or on a leash no longer than 6 feet while inside the store. If you use a retractable leash, please note that you must not allow the leash to extend beyond 6 feet while in the store. Vaccination records must be up to date for all attending pets. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets as necessary. Pets must exhibit well-behaved and controlled behavior at all times while inside the store; disruptive or aggressive pets (and their humans) may be asked to leave. Proper identification tags on collars are required for all pets. Owners must supervise their pets continually and are liable for any damages caused by their pet. We reserve the right to deny entry to any pet.
Notice of Recording
Dagne Dover will be recording in our store today in connection with the Event. By entering this area, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you and/or your pet may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for Dagne Dover’s business, marketing, and other promotional purposes.
Further, by entering this area, you grant your irrevocable consent to Dagne Dover, its successors, assigns, and licensees to include your and/or your pet’s name (if provided by you), social media usernames or handles (if provided), likeness, photographic image, mannerisms, and voice, without compensation and/or credit, and to be used for any purpose whatsoever in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity.
All photographs, film or video footage, or other audio or video recordings taken during the Event, and any works derived therefrom, shall be the sole property of Dagne Dover and you waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights therein. You further waive any and all rights to bring an action at law or equity related to the Event against Dagne Dover, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any and all liability whatsoever.
If you do not wish to be, or to have your pet, photographed or recorded or otherwise do not agree to the above terms, you should not enter this area.
