We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

All U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns have a $15 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Not to brag, but Dakota's the original neoprene backpack. It features a timeless silhouette, cushioned feel, and has so many pockets, it almost does the organizing for you. This Dagne Dover Dakota Backpack is our most universal backpack, and is perfect for wherever life takes you, from the office to the gym, or as a carry-on for travel or for back-to-school season.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.

Dakota is made for everyone going anywhere, but is especially perfect for students, travelers, daily commuters, gym goers, and healthcare workers.

Can I fit a laptop in the Dakota Backpack?

Yes, the Large Dakota fits most laptops up to 16”, and the Medium Dakota fits up to 13”. While the small neoprene backpack doesn’t fit a laptop, you can fit most small tablets in the inner sleeve.

Is the Dakota Neoprene Backpack Waterproof?

The Dagne Dover neoprene backpacks are made with 100% premium neoprene, making them water-resistant. While not 100% waterproof, if you get caught in the rain for a short period of time while wearing your backpack, the items inside your bag will stay dry.
