FAQs

FAQs

Neoprene is the flexible, high-performance, water-resistant material that you’ll find in our 365 NEO Collection. It’s built to keep up and is easy to clean, making it the perfect scuba-like material for every version of every day. With a smooth, luxe feel, it has a sporty yet chic vibe. It’s also shock absorbent and cushioned, so your belongings will stay safe and you’ll stay comfortable. Our neoprene bags are designed for real life.

Besides its cool, sporty vibe, Nico's convenient drawstring closure makes it pretty special. It's perfect for keeping essentials secure and at the ready. Plus, it's wider strap lets you carry it crossbody or on your shoulder. Remove the strap and grab it by the top handles for a chic night-out look, too.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.

Nico is perfect for anyone with a sporty style. It's ideal for avid walkers, travelers, and anyone who needs quick-access to essentials—think parents and pet people, too.
