Avoid overexposure and harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
Neoprene products can be hand washed with a mild detergent in cold water. Make sure to reshape while wet and lay flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight. Hardware should be handled delicately. Neoprene products are not machine washable, as hardware chipping may occur.
Due to the nature of neoprene, creasing and pilling may occur and is easily remedied. To avoid creasing, neoprene products should not be stored flat or under heavy compression. Creases can be easily removed by running a fabric steamer in downward strokes along the fabric. Pilling can be removed using a fabric shaver. Lightly press and move in a circular motion against the fabric to remove any fuzz balls and pills.

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. Due to the holiday season, orders placed from November 20, 2022, until December 24, 2022 are eligible for return within 90 days of the delivery date. Orders placed outside of this period are only eligible for our 30-day return policy. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at email@example.com.
All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
