Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.

Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

Policy Return:

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment. During the holiday season, orders placed between November 23, 2025, and December 24, 2025, are eligible for return until January 15, 2026, or 30 days from shipment—whichever is later. Orders placed outside of this period follow our standard 30-day return policy.

However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at [email protected].

U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns have a $15 handling fee. If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please ship each return separately. Final sale items aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
