FAQs

Neoprene is the flexible, high-performance, water-resistant material that you’ll find in our 365 NEO Collection. It’s built to keep up and is easy to clean, making it the perfect scuba-like material for every version of every day. With a smooth, luxe feel, it has a sporty yet chic vibe. It’s also shock absorbent and cushioned, so your belongings will stay safe and you’ll stay comfortable. Our neoprene bags are designed for real life.

Mara's an essential for just the essentials. It's perfectly sized to keep your adventures light while making sure you're ready for whatever. Compact in size, it's still big on style and organizational features. It's designed with a signature elastic loop, a D-ring for keys, a back slip pocket, and interior card slots so you'll always know where to reach.

To avoid water ring stains, don’t just spot treat. Instead, hand wash your neoprene bag by applying a mild soap directly onto the stain. Fully submerge the entire bag in cold water (yep, dunk it), then gently work the stain and soap out to make sure there’s no lingering residue.

Reshape when wet. Lay flat to dry on a clean, non-porous surface. Avoid treated or dyed surfaces.

Avoid alcohol, acetone, and oil. Don’t machine wash because the hardware might chip. Hardware should also be handled with care.

Anyone who loves a minimalist moment will love the Mara. It's made for avid walkers, travelers, and those who only want to bring the basics along for the ride.
