Coated canvas products can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap. For the vegan leather handles, we recommend spot cleaning as needed with mild soap, warm water, and a clean soft white cloth. For the leather handles, we recommend using your favorite leather cleaner and a dry, soft cloth to buff out any marks or scuffs. Be sure to test the cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to ensure discoloration does not occur.

Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at support@dagnedover.com.

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.
