All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Valencia, California by UPS Ground to arrive in your home within 5-7 business days of placing your order. It can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive a tracking number for your order (don’t worry, we've already built this into our shipping timeline).
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 30 days of purchase. *Note that due to the gifting season, orders placed during and after our Black Friday sale will have an extended return window through the end of January 2019.* Returned items must be unused, unworn and in good condition with original packaging included. You should receive your return shipping label within 24 hours.

Coated canvas products can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild soap. For the leather handles, we recommend using your favorite leather cleaner and a dry, soft cloth to buff out any marks or scuffs. Be sure to test the cleaner on an inconspicuous spot to ensure discoloration does not occur.
Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the exterior of your bag.
