Shipping Basics

Due to the holidays, your order might experience processing and carrier delays. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships!

Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US. Due to the holiday season, orders placed from November 19, 2023, until December 24, 2023 are eligible for return within 90 days of the delivery date. Orders placed outside of this period are only eligible for our 30-day return policy.

However, if something went wrong upon arrival or initial use, please let us know at support@dagnedover.com.

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, not at the time of shipment or delivery.
